"I was a patient in AIS. Jacob was my nurse. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Checked on me every half hour and took extra special care to make sure all procedures were done correctly. Even wheeled me out to my car in the parking lot. I couldn't ask for better care."
