Clinsight AI ("Clinsight," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing platform built for dental, dermatology, med spa, vision, and multi-location clinics, provided by 18-17-12, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through getclinads.com and our app at app.getclinads.com (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account and business information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, clinic or business name, and billing details.
Website and brand data. When you connect your clinic's website URL, we automatically retrieve and store publicly available assets such as your logo, color palette, fonts, photos, listed services, and target audience details in order to build your brand profile.
Ad and campaign content. We store the ads, captions, images, and campaigns you generate, edit, or schedule through the Service, along with budget and performance data you enter or that we retrieve from connected ad accounts.
Connected platform data. If you connect third-party accounts (for example, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or Facebook) to auto-post or run campaigns, we receive access tokens and account information as authorized by those platforms.
Usage data. We collect log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service, generally through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Information
- Build and maintain your clinic's brand profile and generate ad content, including through AI-based processing
- Publish, schedule, and manage campaigns on the platforms you connect
- Calculate budgets and report on campaign performance
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage your account
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 8.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Choices

The Service is intended for business use by clinics and their staff and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
