Same day sick visits are available Monday through Friday and are booked on a first available basis.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Please bring your child’s insurance card, a list of medications (or the medicines themselves) and all billing information.

Name, address, date of birth, insurance provider, insurance identification number, responsible party (if different from the patient), and appointment time preference.

At night or on weekends, call 315-253-6257 and the answering service will contact the provider on call; if no call back in 20 minutes, call the service again.
