"Dr. Bailey is great! However his office staff are a nightmare. After late cancellations of 2 of our appointments with the Dr, I started laughing the next 3 times The Receptionist... called to change our appointment. She counted this as me being “rude”... So she discussed me & my husband with the nurse and they are sending me my medical records and I can’t come back."
