"I had a root canal with Dr. Perry 2 months ago. Last week the tooth on which she performed the root canal fell out. After visiting my dentist, I learned that Dr. Perry had seen a fracture in my tooth before performing the root canal. This information was never shared with me. Had I known, I may have chosen a different treatment."
