"The staff is rude, and unapologetic for over hour wait time. People in the waiting area were lined up like cattle, I ended up leaving."

Thay lied and said they just received it and the doctors had to review the referral first. It is now 3pm Wednesday, tomorrow would be one week, and still now call back, so we are back in urgent care."
