Step 1: Phone Consultation (Free). The phone call gives our Functional Medicine Doctors a chance to discuss your case and see if your specific problems are a good match for functional medicine. If accepted, your first visit will be scheduled.
What is Step 2 in the process?
Step 2: Initial Interview. This is an opportunity to tell your story and thoroughly review your case. Bring important health information. Paperwork should be completed at least 2 days prior to the initial interview.

What happens after the initial interview?
A Functional Medicine Roadmap is created outlining steps of recovery, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements. Lab results are reviewed, and why’s of disease are analyzed. A copy of the Roadmap is provided.

Yes, bringing a loved one is recommended for support and questions.
How long might lab results take?
