MD² Concierge Medicine is a physician-led, membership-based concierge practice offering 24/7 access to elite physicians and highly personalized care for a limited number of families (about 50 at a time). Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Bellevue, WA, MD² serves multiple major U.S. cities and is expanding to new markets. As part of their Denver presence, MD² opened a Cherry Creek North location in January 2026, led by Francie Palmer, MD, and Brandon Combs, MD, FACP. The model emphasizes a strong physician–patient relationship with around-the-clock availability and a high-touch primary care experience.
