What Patients Say

Overall sentiment across review platforms: mixed

  • Birdeye (Aggregated Google and Birdeye reviews): 3.7 out of 5 stars (168 reviews)
  • Leadstal: 3.8 out of 5 stars (Not explicitly stated (aggregated))

Patients praise

  • Appreciation for the quality of care provided by doctors and PAs
  • Clean and modern facility environment
  • Some staff members noted as helpful and efficient
  • In-house lab and pharmacy convenience noted positively by some patients

Common complaints

  • Significant difficulty reaching staff via telephone
  • Unresponsive or delayed follow-up on test results and referrals
  • Perceived lack of empathy or concern from administrative/support staff
  • Inefficiencies in administrative processes, including prescription handling and referrals

"The level of incompetence and poor management can't be over-stated - it is nearly impossible to reach someone within a half-hour wait time. Once you do connect with a person on the phone, they are most likely ill-suited for the job and/or have not received proper training."

- Birdeye Review

"Been going here for a few years, and recently last year or so, the customer service/call back/follow up is literally non-existent! Quality of care with Doc's, PA's etc is good. But what does that matter when a nurse calls you back regarding test results and I've called back 3X to return that call, even been escalated to "priority" and still no call back at all."
