Complete Family Medicine
Complete Family Medicine (CFM) is a nonprofit primary care group based in Kirksville, Missouri, founded in 2009 by DO Justin D. Puckett. Originally a small clinic in downtown Kirksville, CFM grew to become part of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System in 2017 and now operates under Hannibal Regional with expanded services. The organization focuses on preventive care and long-term health, and has expanded to multiple clinics across northeast Missouri, including school-based health partnerships with Kirksville R-III School District (since 2019) and Truman State University (since 2021), plus new locations such as Brookfield (2022), Chillicothe (2023), and Paris (2024). Current footprint includes three offices in the United States, with Kirksville serving as the headquarters. CFM emphasizes accessibility to primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and specialty services through its integrated network within Hannibal Regional.
