- Instances of perceived lack of compassion
"I was a patient at the Raphine office 1999- 2025. Multiple diagnosis, due to ongoing rashes. I asked l several times about the need for a skin biopsy and was told no,even though the treatments were not working. I went to a different dermatologist, after almost 6 years. I received 3 biopsies the first visit, followed by a correct diagnosis!!!"
- LocalityBiz user review"The reception was cordial. The nurse was polite and pleasant. The PA was sincere, thorough, compassionate, and I felt she was genuine. It is nice to leave a doctor’s office and not have any problems in that area"
