What Patients Say
Overall sentiment across review platforms: mixed

Patients praise
- Friendly and professional staff members
- Knowledgeable therapists experienced in various treatments, such as post-surgical recovery
- Helpful communication tools for tracking progress and providing instructions
Common complaints
- Billing errors and concerns regarding transparency and professionalism in billing practices
- Dissatisfaction with treatment plan consistency and effectiveness
- Negative experiences with debt collection and communication regarding past due accounts
"Therapists were very backed up, yet made efforts to get me in post total knee replacement. Therapist has multiple decades of experience, yet very open and patient with my questions and takes a lot of time explaining what I need to do, why I need to do it."
- Birdeye/Google Reviewer"However, their billing department seems like they may be stepping into fraudulent billing. A procedure was quoted as being $30. My insurance would not cover it. Somehow the insurance was billed for it, and paid a small amount on some of the visits. However, I was later billed over double what I was quoted."
