"Somehow the office can’t seem to schedule correctly. My husband received a text asking him to arrive 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment. He arrived, they told him he wasn’t scheduled. It was a remote appointment. He had the text he received and showed the receptionist. She told him the computers were a problem. This has happened twice."
