The Guidance Center of Westchester
Mental Health & Wellness Clinics, operated by The Guidance Center of Westchester, serves children, adolescents, adults, and families in New Rochelle and Mount Vernon, NY. The clinics offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, addiction services, and co-occurring disorder treatment, with bilingual Spanish-speaking staff and psychiatrists on site. Services are available six days a week with select evening appointments, and sliding scale fees are offered to those unable to pay.
