Do you offer on-site X-ray and labs?
Yes, on-site X-ray and lab; rapid tests for flu, strep, mono and COVID are available. Bloodwork services are not offered.
What ages are eligible for care?
Urges care services are for patients aged 4 months and older.
What are your holiday hours?
Our holiday hours are 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. On holidays, patient must be checked in by 3:30 PM to be seen. We are closed Christmas Day.
What should I bring to my visit?
Insurance card, list of current medications (including OTC), completed patient registration form.
