"The pain management division is very slow to respond to phone requests (a patient should not be told they will receive a call back that day and not receive it until 2 days later). Due to the short staffing... new patients will have to wait an ungodly amount of time before getting their first appointment."
- LocalityBiz review"I did not like his attitude at all. He did what he wanted not what I wanted... Also, you cannot call his office directly. They have to call you back...guess what, they don't."
- Healthgrades review for Dr. Stephen Offutt"Dr. Jones always takes the time to explain. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She helped my foot pain without needing surgery and time off work."
