Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services - Community Health Rutland - About: Community Health is a nonprofit primary care network in Rutland, Vermont, offering integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services. They employ around 300 staff across eight locations in Rutland and southern Addison counties. - Behavioral health: Provides behavioral and mental health services as part of its comprehensive primary care. Services are available across multiple sites, with emphasis on accessible care for individuals and families. - Locations: Main Rutland site and other locations in Rutland and nearby towns (Shoreham, Brandon, Castleton, West Pawlet, Bomoseen) with walk-in Express Care at Rutland and Castleton. - Access and insurance: Accepts new patients; accepts most area insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. - Additional: Offers preventive, chronic care management, pediatrics, women’s health, minor procedures, X-ray/lab at select locations, and on-site pharmacy at Brandon.
