"They don’t honor the appointments they schedule. Had an appointment on Oct 10, 2019 at 3:30 pm. Had an appointment card with that date. Show up an hour early to check in knowing well we’d have to wait for our time. They said the appointment was actually Oct 11 at 3:30. ... They wouldn’t see us."
