Children's Wisconsin
Childrens Wisconsin is a private, nonprofit pediatric health system focused on children’s health and well-being. Founded in 1894 and headquartered in Milwaukee, it operates four offices and is the region’s only independent health system dedicated exclusively to children. Services span medical and dental care, counseling, foster/adoption, social services, child advocacy, injury prevention, and broader pediatric subspecialties (pediatrics, pulmonology, cardiothoracic surgery, hematology/oncology, neuroscience, NICU, critical care, etc.). The system employs ~3,000 staff, reports annual revenue in the mid‑hundreds of millions, and has been recognized as a top workplace in the Milwaukee area. While primarily based in Milwaukee, it has a presence in France and serves as a major pediatric care provider in southeastern Wisconsin.
