Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a nonprofit behavioral health provider serving Spokane County, Washington. Formed in 2011 by the merger of Spokane Mental Health (est. 1970) and Family Service Spokane (est. 1905), FBH has over a century of combined experience and serves more than 16,000 clients annually with a staff of 700+. Key services include 24/7 crisis intervention and Involuntary Treatment Act evaluations (as the region’s lead crisis response provider), outpatient care, 48 inpatient beds for evaluation, treatment, and stabilization, plus Peer Support, crisis services, nursing home and school-based services, care for the homeless, a Clubhouse, and Vocational Rehabilitation/Employment services.
