"I've stopped going to this lab due to privacy concerns. You enter a silent waiting room with any number of other patients. To check in, a patient sits on the waiting room side of the front desk, in front of a receptionist who goes over all of their information... You hear every single detail of the conversation."
- WebMD Review, Oct 14, 2025"The lab staff are excellent, especially for blood draws, though waiting for labs can be slow at times."
- BestProsInTown Review Summary"The front desk doesn’t communicate well with the providers. No one answers any messages on the portal."
