Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is missed, our primary concern is the patient’s safety and well-being, and ensuring that nothing unforeseen has occurred. However, late cancellations and failure to show up for scheduled appointments limit our ability to offer timely care to other patients.
What are the cancellation fees?
Fees include: Follow-up appointments: $50; Physical exam appointments: $75. These fees are assessed per occurrence and must be paid at least 48 hours before the patient’s next scheduled appointment.
