"I have been patient before Dr.O was there and the staff is always a pleasure to work with. However, the lady they have trying to sale their frames need to job shadow the other employees. Her customer service and demeanor is below average one of the reason I didn't purchase glasses. Very Disappointing after years of superior quality service."
